Residing in the historic Ripcord Records/Bobby Gibson Studios building in Vancouver, Washington, Scenic Burrows is a creative and sonic hub for record makers and film composers. Located just across the bridges from Portland, Oregon, and only a 15-minute drive from PDX airport, this facility features three versatile recording rooms that can function independently or connect for larger projects.

Designed with flexibility in mind, each room is a “plug and play” setup for users to bring their own computer* for quick tracking and mix or for a place to work and to write while having instant access to a great collection of gear and instruments. When the goal is to book out the entire studio, the space can accommodate full-band lock-out sessions, orchestral recordings, and even performances or small group events.

Scenic Burrows has a kitchen with dining area and lounge, a backyard patio, bar-b-que, and private garden and outside covered dining area with heater.

Available by request, is the vintage 1949 Spartan trailer equipped with a small studio for writing, recording and playback, as well as a sleeping area for naps or overnights.
